Nice house turn restaurant. Great food and baked goods. The Easter cookies were awesome
Thanksgiving dinner... good food, great service. Our server Gary was super friendly and attentive. A little pricey, but no complaints. Will return
I love this place! They have chicken cordon blue, which is one of my most favorite things. The atmosphere was great and the service was so nice.
This was our first time visiting the Candlewick, and it definitely won't be the last. This place has become our new favorite spot whenever we visit our grandson. Fred, the owner and manager, is one of the nicest people I've met in a while. The waitress was wonderful, and the food was absolutely amazing. I want to extend my gratitude to Fred for the fantastic lunch today.
What a warm welcome while on the road. Fred and Sharon made me feel like family. The food was fresh and tasty. If you're looking for a home-cooked meal when in the country, it's a must stop in! Thank you Fred!
My son and I stopped in on a cross country road trip from NJ to CA and we had our dog with us so needed a to go order. The staff was amazingly helpful and fast and prepped our mozzarella sticks, chicken Alfredo and stuffed chicken to go. The food was delicious and the service was great.
This is one of my favorite local restaurants. The food is always amazing and Fred and his staff are so personable. The restaurant is historic and tastefully renovated and decorated. My most recent visit included a beautiful charcuterie board and crab and shrimp bisque that was out of this world delicious. This is a great location if you need a small meeting room or a large room for a party. And DON’T leave without trying their famous cupcakes!! It is too soon to leave another review, so I am updating this one to rave about the Bruce High School Class of 74 reunion held at Candlewyck Sept 14. Once again, Fred and his staff were AMAZING. Our milestone celebration totally rocked! The buffet was a choice of Beef Tips over noodles or Turkey dinner. Fred included menu options that we didn’t even ask for. ALL DELICIOUS! The desserts were beautifully displayed and enjoyed by all. The servers and bartender were attentive and made sure we had a great time. We will certainly be back for our 55th. THANKS, Fred!
